Dr.Chandrasekaran's view on Inflation rates under Modi government, Compares UPA rates with NDA rates.

Dr.Chandrasekaran is a Coimbatore based Professor. Who is also an Economist, Investment & Financial Advisor and Political Analyst.

"Inflation peaks every time when the Congress Party led UPA is in Power while it falls when BJP led NDA government assumes office", Dr.Chandrasekaran has said citing data to reject Criticism that the ruling Narendra Modi led NDA coalition had failed to calm prices.



He cited, "Between 1999-2004 when Atal Bihari Vajpayee's BJP led NDA was in power, the average rate of inflation was 4.1% while it was 5.8% between 2004-2009 when Congress led UPA-1 was in office. From 2009-2014 when Congress led UPA-2 was in power, the average rate of inflation was 10.4% and even touched 13%. Whereas from 2014 to till now when Narendra Modi led NDA is in power at the centre, the average inflation rate is 4.7% and reached its low in last 45 years to 2.03% in 2017 after Demonitisation". From the above cited figures it clearly shows the average rate of inflation during the last four years of the government makes its abundantly clear inflation peaks because of the Economic Mismanagement of Congress.

This appreciation from an upcoming Investment advisor is a great boost to the Modi Government. This trust from an upcoming economist clearly shows the Indian Economy under Modi is Vibrant.
